We take the protection of your data seriously and treat it confidentially and in line with the applicable data protection law (GDPR, Austrian DSG).

Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on our own servers in the EU. When you visit the pages, technically necessary data transmitted by your browser is stored automatically in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is stored only as long as necessary for this purpose and is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to review it afterwards if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.

Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, topic, message and the selected language) to handle your inquiry and for follow-up questions. The message is delivered to us by email.

The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not pass on your data without your consent and delete it once it is no longer needed for its purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.

Cookies, tracking and external services

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services and does not embed social media plugins. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or similar providers.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact info@onedrop.co.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

Objection to promotional emails

We hereby object to the use of contact details published as part of our legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
